libxslt: 1.1.32 -> 1.1.33, cleanup

* Drop SunOS patch -- likely didn't apply anyway,
  and appears has been fixed upstream 2 years ago:
  7471cc6e8f

* changelog mentions cygwin build/linking fixes,
  so dropping those touchups optimistically
