This updates the source urls of all top-level packages from http to
https where possible.
* buildtorrent: fix url and tab -> spaces
work very well after the Glibc update), plus its dependencies.
TODO: make an audacious-wrapper that lets Audacious find its plugins
automatically. Currently you have to install audacious-plugins and
symlink ~/.nix-profile/lib/audacious/* in
~/.local/share/audacious/Plugins.

URLs to http://nix.cs.uu.nl/dist/tarballs. With content-addressable
mirror support (r9190, NIXPKGS-70) this is no longer necessary:
fetchurl will try to download from that location automatically. So
we can keep the original URLs.
