On `gaia` one of the disks in my encrypted data pool has been throwing
CKSUM errors.  So I decided to swap the disk.  All disks in the
`datacore` array are 6TB capacity.  I ordered two cold spares of the
same make a few weeks ago.  Today I'm taking down the server to swap
the drives.
